1 Recycling of scraps

Classify them manually and separate them according to their condition and the types of raw materials that make them up.

2 Recycled fiber process

Materials are crushed and converted back into fibers

3 Recycled threads

The fibers obtained in the previous stage are subjected to a carding process to clean and mix them to become threads.

4 The fabrics are woven

They spin the material, leaving it ready for the weaving processes

5 Garments

Then garments are made, applied in this case to hats.

Utilizamos tejidos hechos con materiales reciclados de botellas PET y el reciclado de descartes generados por la producción de prendas de algodón.

1 Reciclado de retazos

Clasificarlos de forma manual y separados según su condición y los tipos de materias primas que los componen

2 Proceso de fibras recicladas

Se trituran los materiales y se convierten nuevamente en fibras

3 Hilos reciclados

Las fibras obtenidas en la etapa anterior, las someten a un proceso de cardado para limpiarlas y mezclarse, para convertirse en hilos.

4 Se tejen las telas

Hilan el material dejándolo preparado para los procesos de tejeduría

5 Prendas

Luego se fabrican prenda.
